Introduction
On 20th Sept. 2022 we deployed an additional feature: "If a sub-product of a combi-product is having combined capacity and that capacity is linked with a 3rd party system, then prioticket should auto populate the inventory with all the timeslots provided by the third party system.", which caused a particular type of capacity not being updated correctly.

Incident Report - Capacity not released #180822-01 / #111002
Introduction
On the 18th of August 2022, we became aware that capacities were not properly being released after uncompleted bookings, causing timeslots to fill up. This incident resulted in customers no longer being able to book and therefore we have written an extensive report which can be found below.
